Stephen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Global Investment Services. With over 19 years of corporate experience, he specializes in global retirement plans for multinational organizations and is focused on building long-term relationships with his clients.  Starting his career with Merrill Lynch in 1996, he advised corporate benefits personnel and investment committees on their qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. In 2003, he joined UBS to develop global retirement plan solutions for U.S. and Non-U.S. multinational corporations while continuing to manage domestic plans.   Moving to Bolton Global in April 2009, Stephen transitioned his corporate relationships and has enjoyed the opportunities made available to him in the global plan environment. His specific areas of expertise include investment consulting, monitoring and performance reviews, custodial duties, knowledge of global investment marketplace, and assisting retirement plan members on a variety of investment related issues. His consultative approach allows an investment offering with no proprietary fund requirements and a full fee disclosure model.

Born and raised in Scotland, Stephen moved to Houston, Texas in 1992 to attend the University of Houston. After graduating with a BBA in Finance, Stephen joined a large team at Merrill Lynch where he obtained his Series 7, 65 and 66 licenses and worked on the corporate side of the business working with small, mid and large sized retirement plans. After almost 10 years at Merrill Lynch, Stephen joined UBS to become a Retirement Plan Consultant, and started to focus on International Retirement and Savings plans. Since that day in 2005, Stephen has focused on providing investment services to organizations with non-US employees retirement plans.  In 2009, Stephen moved away from the full service brokerage model and went independent with Delta Equity (now Bolton Global Capital) and started Delta Global Investment Services.  In his personal life, Stephen is married to his wife Carlee, has a son attending college and stepdaughter attending high school, and two dogs.  Outside of work, you'll find Stephen swimming, cycling, running, watching football (soccer) and Formula 1, along with sharing travel and dining experiences with his wife.
