All funds in the investment menu are regularly monitored.  We will review all funds in the plan on at least a quarterly basis with your Investment Committee and assist in creating Investment Policy Statements (IPS).  If there are any changes in the fund (i.e. Manager turnover, style drift), we will notify you immediately and take the appropriate action. • Monitoring of the Investment Menu constantly using Morningstar Offshore

• Benchmarking against Peer Group and Prospectus Benchmark

• Providing performance and portfolio analysis date for all Offshore Fund Investment Profiles

• Analyzing the underlying portfolio holdings using valuable fund statistics and other key figures such as regional exposure and composition

• Ensuring a consistent review presentation of your menu using a single data format
